解决办法如下图。

 git credential-manager uninstall
git credential-manager install

原理是清除记住的密码，重新输入密码。但是not found给人的错觉就是仓库不存在，真是莫名其妙
下面是探索过程。

git.exe pull --progress -v --no-rebase "origin"

remote: Repository not found.

fatal: repository ‘https://github.com/qssq/XposedInstallerPuppetManager.git/' not found

分别是卸载和重新安装密码管理器，
执行后一共是对配置文件进行了修改。

执行卸载其实就是把gitconfig进行了更新，
